Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The breakfast options were fantastic, with healthy choices that impressed us. We missed having dark roast coffee and would have preferred a standard stationary bike. A solid pick for couples visiting Walla Walla.

Clean room - even the duvet cover is laundered between guests. The room was well equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Breakfast included hot items as well as the standard cold items. I would definitely stay at a Hampton Inn & Suites again.
Tv was difficult to operate. Most times when it was turned on the picture was scrambled. Fiddled with it to get it working.

Our family had a 80th birthday party so it was very convenient for us to stay at the hotel as the family also lived a short distance away from the hotel.
We find that the bedding is either too cold or too warm, that being with the comforter and sheet only, but nothing in between. I would be nice to have an option in between. Also, one of the shower doors was broken and would not slide at all.

Breakfast was surprisingly good!
This completely reshaped my plans for staying active . The mix-up about check-out time was frustrating. I received an unexpected call prompting me to leave earlier than I had anticipated. While the staff were courteous, the confusion left a sour taste in my mouth.

Fairly clean accommodation, updated rooms and marvellous location. New building and rooms with a king bed. Satisfactory breakfast with a lot of food options. Location near to downtown where there is a number of wineries selling tasting as well as bars. Also, to the events.

Solid selection of breakfast options made mornings easier, enough to fuel a day of exploring. Easy parking and accessibility to notable wineries in the area stood out during the visit.
There was only a Peloton available for cycling enthusiasts, which may not suit everyone's workout style. Encountered some noise issues at night-likely due to events nearby-but managed to catch some sleep. I also had a request for extra bedding not fulfilled, a bit inconvenient considering I confirmed it prior to checking in.

The staff was eager to assist with my business needs and provided quick support for setting up my presentation equipment. The room was spacious and super clean, while the daily housekeeping service was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was great with a variety of options including fresh fruits and hot items, perfect for fueling my workday. I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby and the clean, refreshing pool with a good reprieve after a long day of meetings.
The check-out process could be improved for consistency.

Delicious breakfast and warm lobby atmosphere
The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was great with freshly made omelets and delicious pastries. The warm chocolate chip cookies and citrus-infused water in the lobby were a good touch. My only issue was the noisy nights due to events nearby, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Great stay for families!
The bathroom was awesome with a tub, rare these days. Breakfast was on point, with tons of choices, and my husband loved the coffee station. Only thing was the place got a bit busy in the morning. But overall, it was a good experience and we felt welcomed.
